Another tree planted thanks to the first and second graders. An additional 37 trees were planted in May of 1996.
The seemingly unlimited energy of Kensal pre-schoolers was put to good use during implementation of the design plan. (May 1996)
The Arrowwood Refuge Youth Conservation Corps constructed a gravel path through the OWLS site in the summer of 1997. The trail is lined with donated railroad ties.
